Bjork's New Album, Samantha Shannon and the Head of Disney Animation

Bjork has been forced to release her new album earlier than expected due to an online leak. Musicologist Nicola Dibben, who has worked with Bjork, reviews Vulnicura, the first album from Bjork since Biophilia in 2011. Andrew Millstein, head of the Walt Disney Animation Studios in California with its 800-strong workforce, reflects on the company's performance over the last few years, in particular the unexpected success of the animated hit Frozen, and looks ahead to its Tokyo-inspired new release Big Hero 6. Author Samantha Shannon was touted as the next JK Rowling when she secured a six figure deal for her series of fantasy novels about a clairvoyant living in a dark dystopian future. Shannon wrote the first novel, The Bone Season, when she was still at university. She discusses whether she felt pressure to produce a thrilling sequel. Costa Poetry Prize winner Jonathan Edwards discusses his collection, My Family and Other Superheroes, which he wrote while working as an English teacher.
