Oprah Winfrey is an American media owner, presenter, producer, philanthropist and actor. Helena Morrissey, chair of Opportunity Now and a Woman's Hour Power Lister tells us about a new survey which will be asking women aged between 28 and 40 about their experiences in the workplace. Manchester's two big professional orchestras have come up with a unique fundraising idea for this year's Children in Need - an orchestral "battle of the sexes".
