The woman known as 'S' made allegations against her husband in 2010 but then took them back. She later said the retraction itself was false, rather than the rape allegations. She said she had made the retraction because she was under duress from her husband and his family. Tomorrow Vera Baird QC and Alison Levitt Q.C discuss the implications of the case.
