Peter White meets Shannon Murray, who first hit the headlines when she won a competition to find a disabled model and then went on to appear on the television programme 'How to Look Good Naked.' Shannon was the first disabled model to be featured in an advertising campaign by a major department store. She has been a wheelchair user since a diving accident in her teens and is a vociferous champion for the rights of disabled people. Shannon has appeared in several television dramas but says she tends only to be offered parts for women in wheelchairs and encourages casting directors to take more risks and cast disabled actors in mainstream roles... Producer: Cheryl Gabriel.
