Recently a new vaccine to rid the world of polio was announced but there are still plenty of people struggling with the effects of the illness. We examine the condition known as post polio syndrome. And as the new financial year kicks off for local councils, there are moves by some to hand over the running of many of their public services to voluntary organisations and charities. Some fear this could be privatisation by the back door.
