Boyd Hilton reviews. The singer and songwriter PJ Harvey discusses her new album Let England Shake, which she recorded in a 19th century church on a Dorset cliff-top. Let England Shake is her eighth album and deals with war and conflict, from Gallipoli to Iraq and Afghanistan, and in particular the experience of civilians caught up in the fighting.
