Ian Leech's daughter Melissa was diagnosed with cancer while at university studying psychology. As she started treatment for non-Hodgkins lymphoma she decided to defer her studies for a year. It was then she discovered she wasn't entitled to any benefits because she was technically still a student. We'll be talking to Ian about his successful campaign to get the rules changed. We'll also be talking to MacMillan Cancer Care to find out what other benefits they believe cancer patients should be entitled to. Also on the programme, what deregulation could mean for your local commercial radio station. And, the cost to UK taxpayers of retailers setting up parts of their businesses in the Channel Islands.
