Her mother is adamant that she doesn't want her daughter to know what is wrong. She has seen families shunned for having Hepatitis B and she doubts Sarah's ability to keep the secret. But the disease is highly infectious, through blood and sexual contact. Does Sarah have a right to know about her condition?
