Alternatively, if you are experiencing problems loading clips from BBC Online outside of BBC Sounds or BBC iPlayer, you can use the fault report form to report a fault or other error (select 'Report a fault or error on a BBC website' from the drop-down). You will need to give the website address (URL) of the page you were visiting when you found the fault or mistake.
