Can I find information about a live or upcoming programme on the app?

We recently released an update to the BBC Sounds app which means you can now find information about a programme while it's being broadcast or before it's broadcast. 

Can't access information about live or upcoming programmes? Make sure the BBC Sounds app on your device is up to date. Head to your app store, search 'BBC Sounds' and tap update.

How can I find information about a live programme?

  1. Start playing a live programme on the app 
  2. Tap on the programme's name
  3. This will bring you to the episode page, so scroll down to see information about that episode

How can I find information about an upcoming programme?

  1. Tap See All Stations & Schedules and then tap the calendar next to the relevant station
  2. Scroll down to the upcoming programme and tap on it
  3. This will bring you to the episode page, so scroll down to see information about that episode

You can also subscribe to that programme before it's broadcast by tapping Subscribe.
