The Final Push

After a few days cornered by high winds and ice at Thor Island the epic journey to the 1996 position of the North Magnetic Pole is almost reaching an end, as the team have the finishing line in sight.

Mark has been able to update twitter from the arctic, his latest tweet gave encouraging signals the team are making good progress:

  • We are on the final push! A great break in the weather. About 14 miles to go. #rowingarctic.
