Lovely

A Great day for walk today after the hectic Point Show on Saturday. What a super event that was although I still have not worked out why they dye the sheep! They do look nice mind you but I would prefer highlights rather than orange. Having said that it did rather compliment my super outfit I bought for he occaision.
I drove down to beach this morning [Sunday] and find it was quite busy. Lots of those incomers for the Festival creating a disturbance that us locals are not too keen on. Never mind, next week it will all be back to normal again.
The neighbours round about are very nice, friendly and helpful. I found my washing all folded up on my doorstep today - most kind although perhaps they may have been a little too hasty in their attempt to make me feel welcome as it was still wet. Ah well, the sentiment was nice.
Anyway, I see posting pictures is the thing on this site so here's mine. I am rather a dab hand at ths digital camera thing and I must say I think I should have entered the photo competion a the Point Show yesterday.

Welcome, it may be the case washing should not be put out on a Sunday? if not maybe someone can pop around and fold ours too....when dry lol. Yes we were at the point show to, very busy indeed luckly we can walk there as traffic was a bit conjested for the locals. Have you just moved to the Island?

Welcome to the island. Couldn't make it to the Point Show this year, but saw the 'dyed' sheep myself a year ago. Think that's the way they come. Anyway, enjoy your en-suite paradise ;-)

There is a strange tone coming from your blog, or it might just be me?

Some people are so cheeky!! If you have brought your house it is YOUR choice to put washing out or not on a sunday. Maybe the person who did it should be reminded that according to their beliefs they have commited a sin by the act of removing your washing and doing the work of folding it up. Hypocrits!! I must admit that i do respect my neighbours beliefs and don't put washing out on a sunday but it's up to you what you do, not them.

tanith, I'm not sure if T-fal, is being totally honest, and is maybe just joking. And remember all good peoples sign the hypocrites oath, on a Sunday..

I think I must have not flitted into this blog because of the 'Tail' bit in the title, and thinking it was yet another d.o.g. blog. But it's far far better than any of them... What fun! I particularly like the fingerfoto...
