 Pupil clicks on one of the four areas to enter activities.
What: what do we wear? (matching clothes for the weather) Where: where does it come from? (materials) When: when is it done? (design process) Why: why do we need it? (uniforms and how they protect)

 WHAT - index page: Pupil should read about the clothes they select before answering the questions.
WHAT - Question Pages: Pupil has to select a child dressed in either T-shirt, waterproof jacket or fleece. Child reads about the clothes. They then have to select the weather that the child is best dressed for. If they get it wrong, the get an opportunity to TRY AGAIN.
WHAT - correct answer feedback: when they have successfully completed a section, they can move to another section by clicking on HOME.
WHAT -wrong answer feedback: If a pupil makes a mistake, they can go back and read about the clothes, then TRY AGAIN.

 WHERE - index page: There is a video of a silkworm available from the Teacher's Directions page.
WHERE - Sheep story pages: Pupil should read the story about the sheep to jumper first. The processes have been simplified and only shows the main steps in the process. Our process shows from a fleece to a jumper, but teachers can make children aware of other items which can be made from wool e.g. blankets, socks etc. If required, the pupils can do further research in the classroom.
WHERE - Sheep-jumper activity: Pupils have to select the processes in the correct order. They are given a choice of 3 processes to pick from. If they get it right they move onto the next stage. If they make a mistake, they get a chance to TRY AGAIN or can go back and read the story again by clicking on SHEEP STORY.

 WHEN - index page: There is a video of clothes being designed and made available from the Teachers Directions page.
WHEN - Learning/Question page: Pupils should click on the INFORMATION buttons to find out how clothes are designed and made and in what order it all happens. Activity asks pupil to decide in which order things happen. It should be noted that this is a sequence which follows the design process used in this site. The order may change in another design process. If the child is having difficulty, the child can go back and look at the design process again by clicking on DESIGN STUDIO.

WHY - Learning Page: Pupils can learn about 4 parts of fire-fighter's uniform.
WHY - Question Page: Pupils have to select the correct clothes to dress the fire-fighter in, by clicking on the correct picture. There is information about each item of clothing. If they get it wrong, they can TRY AGAIN.
