Mark Lawson talks to Richard Verdi, director of the Barber Institute of Fine Arts at the University of Birmingham about his new exhibition The Great and the Good: Judging Quality in Art. He explains why he's chosen to mount an exhibition which points out that not all the paintings in the collection are good.
