ANGELS IN AMERICA
Playwright Mark Ravenhill reviews Angels in America, the two part film adapted by Tony Kushner from his Pulitzer Prize-winning play. Made for American television it has just won five Golden Globe Awards, including Best Actor for Al Pacino and Best Actress for Meryl Streep.
Angels in America will be shown in two parts on Channel 4 on 7 and 8 February

FUNK BROTHERS
The Funk Brothers, the band responsible for the fabled 'Motown Sound' are playing in a sell-out concert at London's Royal Festival Hall this evening. As Standing in the Shadows of Motown, the story of The Funk Brothers is released on DVD, Francine talks to the band about their remarkable contribution to pop music.

TRIBUTE TO JANET FRAME
New Zealand author, Janet Frame is best-known for her book An Angel At My Table. In Jane Campion's autobiographical film of the book, Kerry Fox took the role of Janet Frame and this evening she pays tribute to the writer who died on Wednesday.
