STEPHEN POLIAKOFF
John Wilson talks to writer director Stephen Poliakoff about The Lost Prince, his film on the short life of the epileptic Prince John, who the Royal family tried to hide.

The Lost Prince is on BBC One this Sunday (with the second part next Sunday) at 8:30 pm. A week long Poliakoff Season also begins on Sunday on BBC Four.

Michael Crawford's latest theatrical venture in New York, Dance of The Vampires, is closing less than seven weeks after opening. John Wilson asks Matt Woolf of Variety magazine why this has become the most expensive Broadway flop ever.

Dance of the Vampires is still playing at the Minskoff Theatre, Broadway, New York, until the 25 January 2003.
