John Wilson talks to first time novelist, DBC Pierre about his book Vernon God Little. The story is set in the Texan town of Martirio and told in the voice of Vernon God Little, a confused teenager who, as the book opens, finds himself chief living suspect of a high school massacre. It can only get worse. Vernon eventually finds himself on Death Row, with a demonic TV entrepreneur selling the television rights to his execution.
