MAPPING PERCEPTION
Andrew Kotting's previous film, Gallivant, featured his daughter Eden. Eden is central once again to his new film, Mapping Perception. She has a rare neurological disorder and in Mapping Perception, Kotting examines how she perceives the world using scientists dressed in sixteenth century costume.

Andrew Kotting's film Mapping Perception is premiered tomorrow at the Bristol Short Film Festival.

DOCTORING IMAGES
After the Daily Mail apparently published a composite photo of Michael Jackson and two of his children, Sophie Batterbury, picture editor of the Independent on Sunday, joins Francine to discuss the guidelines on doctoring images.

THE QUIET AMERICAN
There have been many film adaptations of Graham Greene novels. A new version of The Quiet American from Australian director Philip Noyce with a screenplay by Christopher Hampton is about to be released. Francine Stock talks to the director, screen writer and film critic Derek Malcolm.
