LIVE PARROT SKETCH
Paris City Council has paid £134,000 for a modern art work which consists of a live parrot which sits in a cage beside two trees and a tape-recorder which plays the words "Moi Je Dis" (Me I Say) over and over again. It struck us at Front Row that if the work is ever sold on to a private collector the art gallery may witness a performance of the live parrot sketch...
