Lemar is up for two awards at tonight's Brits25, Best Urban Act and Best Male.

Radio 1 spoke to him backstage before the show and he told us what he's been doing to while away the time and how he feels about the nominations:

"I've been backstage getting a hand massage. I've been pampered."

"My stylist was having a manicure, his hands were soaked in bags and everything. I haven't been that far."

"I won Best Urban Act last year, Best Male is a good one."

"All I said this year was that I wanted to be nominated for Best Male, and I have. That's my personal achievement for the year."

"I've got other things, I've got my tour but this is a great thing for me. This is great."
