Blue miss out on Brits nominations
Last updated 13 January 2004

Blue. They're not bitter!

Names that haven't appeared in the Brit nominations for 2004 include Travis, Eminem, Coldplay, and Blue.

Simon from the group was at last night's launch (Monday) and admitted to us he was disappointed:

"Yeah, definitely. I mean I was out there and I've got to say I find it hard to swallow when we weren't nominated, but you can't win everything."

He was big enough to say who he wants to do well this year though:

Lemar

"I think Busted and The Darkness are going to do really really well, but there's one person I would like to see get something… Lemar. I want him to get one - he has to get one because his voice, what he's about… I've listened to his album over and over again, and that guy has got something special, and people need to recognise."
