EU meets to discuss Russian frozen assets
It hopes to break deadlock and use frozen Russian assets to fund a loan for Ukraine.
European Union leaders are gathering to try to break their deadlock on a plan to use frozen Russian assets to fund a huge loan for Ukraine. Belgium, where most of the money is held, is under pressure to drop its opposition. We speak to Latvia's Defence Minister.
The Oscars will stream on YouTube from 2029. This ends the decade long deal with the ABC broadcaster. It's hoped this move will help the film awards ceremony reach a larger worldwide audience.
And our reporter has been tracking the movements of two drill rappers from Liverpool who were seen carrying guns and parading with troops in Somalia during a cross-border clan conflict. The rappers could be questioned by police upon their return to the UK.
