Hong Kong protests: Demonstrators defy ban on march

There's been renewed violence in Hong Kong where police have used tear gas and water cannon against crowds holding a pro-democracy protest in defiance of a ban.

Also in the programme: Taliban fighters have launched a multi-pronged assault on Kunduz, a strategically important city in northern Afghanistan, and Twitter founder Jack Dorsey has his account hacked.
