
Sudan army and civilians seal landmark deal

Sudan's military and leaders of the civilian opposition alliance have signed a power sharing deal in front of an audience including regional leaders. The agreement is intended to end months of pro-democracy protests.
Also in the programme: Another weekend of protests is underway in Hong Kong, with calls for greater democracy; and the US space agency, NASA, has chosen the location of the flight centre that will, in the words of its administrator, "put the next man and the first woman on the south pole of the Moon" within five years.
