Zimbabwe's ruling Zanu-PF party defends its economic policy

A spokesman for Zimbabwe's governing Zanu-PF party, Xavier Zavare, defends the government's economic policy, despite protests in the capital Harare.

Zimbabwe's main opposition group has called off anti-government protests in the capital Harare at the last minute, after failing to overturn a police ban.
