Bomb rips through wedding in Kabul

A suicide bomb attack on a wedding in the Afghan capital has caused many casualties.

A bomb has exploded at a wedding reception in the Afghan capital, Kabul. An interior ministry spokesman has said dozens of civilians were killed.

Also in the programme: Sudan's military and civilians leaders sign a power-sharing agreement, and an orphaned dugong, made famous after it was rescued earlier this year in Thailand, has died after eating plastic.
