
Lima Group discussing Venezuela
Top diplomats from several Latin American countries are discussing further measures against Venezuela's President, Nicolas Maduro.
Peru has denied rumours that top Latin American diplomats meeting in Bogota are discussing a plan for military intervention in crisis-stricken Venezuela. We bring live the message by the US vice president Mike Pence to the Venezuelans. Mr Pence has met Venezuela's opposition leader Juan Guaido during the regional meeting.
The Oscars have been criticized for lacking any non-white nominees in the main categories, but this year a number of winners where African Americans and people of colour.
