Brexit Deal Paves Way for Trade Talks

Progress is made in Brexit talks as British PM Theresa May strikes a deal with the EU. We get reaction in London, Dublin and Berlin on the three key pillars of the deal: the Irish border, the divorce bill and citizens' rights.
