Heledd started her career in a very different guise – she was an actress on the Welsh soap opera ‘Pobol Y Cwm’ on and off for seven years.

After leaving school at 14 with no qualifications, at 25 Heledd decided she wanted some sort of education behind her, and studied at university. She has now found her voice in telesales and this is the third call centre she has worked at. In her spare time she loves to write poetry and holds regular poetry evenings.
