Liam Doherty

Poundland sales assistant Liam is surrounded at work by older staff who are happy to coast along, but Liam wants more hours and more responsibility and he is tipped for a supervisor role.

Work is important to Liam as it funds his main passions - his weekend nights out and his two horses, Isabella and Miley.

Liam spends most of his spare time at the stables where his two horses are kept but he spends every Wednesday evening with his Nan Pat at the bingo.

He has a secret ambition to be a holiday rep, but is unsure whether he can take the step away from the security blanket of Poundland.
