The 6 Music Festival - Ticket Giveaway
Tickets for the 6 Music Festival have sold out, but if you missed out on getting them don’t worry – we are giving you the chance to enter our ticket giveaway all this week on 6 Music.
And not only that, all the tickets we are giving away on air will also get you into the 6 Music Festival Fringe too.
It all kicks off with Shaun Keaveny on Monday 17th February;

Terms and Conditions
Between 0700 on Monday 17th February and 1900 on Friday 21st February, between 0700 and 2100 on Saturday 22nd February and between 0700 and 1300 on Sunday 23rd February 2014, BBC Radio 6 Music will be running a ticket giveaway.
6 Music is giving you the chance to get a pair of tickets to the 6 Music Festival on either Friday 28th February or Saturday 1st March 2014 at the Victoria Warehouse in Salford (you and a friend).
The prize will be a pair of tickets to either the Friday or Saturday of the 6 Music Festival AND Festival Fringe, as described on air by the presenter. The 6 Music Festival Fringe, at the Victoria Warehouse Hotel, will be accessible to prize winners from 1530 – 1900.
Tickets will need to be collected at a location near to the Victoria Warehouse on the day – we will send the full details via email prior to the event.
1. The giveaway is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, aged 18 or over, except BBC employees, anyone connected with the giveaway and their close relatives. Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be requested.
2. Registration will be open at the start of the following shows.
Monday to Friday:

The registration will close 30 minutes before the end of each show. You can only register by texting the KEY word which will be announced in each show to 64046.
There will be a different KEY word announced for each giveaway. Texts will be charged at your standard message rate.
3. If you register either before or after the closing time specified above your entry will not be accepted but you may still be charged.
4. One person will be selected randomly from all eligible and correct entries. The person selected will be called back before the end of the show to confirm they have got the tickets.
5. The tickets are as described above. There is no cash alternative and the tickets cannot be sold or transferred in any circumstances.
6. Travel to the event, any accommodation and any other cost will be solely at the entrant’s expense and the BBC will not reimburse those selected for any such costs.
7. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that tickets holders have the minimum age required to attend the event. The BBC will not be responsible for any failure by the ticket holders to gain entry or re-entry to the 6 Music Festival due to the behaviour of the ticket holders, their failure to meet the festival's Terms and Conditions for the event:

8. The BBC’s decision is final. No correspondence relating to the selection will be entered into.
9. The BBC reserves the right to:
- disqualify any entries that breach these rules or are in any way fraudulent;
- withdraw the giveaway at any stage, should any winner or their guest exhibit inappropriate or dangerous behaviour (including, but not limited to being under the influence of alcohol, restricted drugs or chemical substances or causing a nuisance) and;
- cancel the giveaway at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside its control.
There can only be one entry per person.
10. The BBC, its sub-contractors, subsidiaries and/or agencies cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with the Internet or otherwise which may result in any entry being lost or not properly registered.
