Dr Javid Abdelmoneim
Javid Abdelmoneim is a Member of the Royal College of Physicians, who initially studied medicine at University College London, before undertaking postgraduate training in emergency medicine and a diploma in tropical medicine.
His work with Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) has seen him responding to crises in Iraq, Haiti, Lebanon (for Syria), South Sudan, and Sierra Leone, where he documented his experiences during the Ebola crisis in 2014 for a BBC Panorama programme.
