Tom, aged 24, decided to become a doctor in his third year of medicine and is focused on a successful career in Paediatrics (working with children).
He does become attached to his patients and finds that laughing about a situation is sometimes the best way to cope.
A natural joker, Tom enjoys writing poetry and humorous medical limericks which he hopes to get published one day.
He is also a keen cook and loves to entertain his friends with food, wine and karaoke.
