PC Jim Evans
PC Jim Evans, 24, has been working as a police office in Harpurhey for the past two and a half years. Before joining the force he worked in a call centre but thought “there’s got to be more to life than this.”
Jim loves working in Harpurhey because there’s always something new going on. “One minute you might going to a house where there’s been a serious domestic, the next minute you’re dealing with an old lady who’s having a full blown conversation with herself on the street. There’s always something happening.”
We follow Jim and his colleagues fulfilling a range of duties from tackling drunken anti-social behavior to ticking off a couple who have been ‘caught in the act’.
