Dr Who: Two Missing Episodes Found

A film charity in Leicester has rediscovered two missing episodes of Doctor Who.

They star William Hartnell as the Doctor and he’s up against his arch enemy, the Daleks.

They haven’t been seen since they were broadcast more than 60 years ago, that is until there was a special screening at the Phoenix cinema in Leicester.

The actor Peter Purves starred in the series and the charity Film is Fabulous invited him to Leicester as a surprise. Here’s what happened.
