Sight Loss Charity Needs to Raise £2 Million Now
Vista, a leading sight loss charity, has launched a bid to raise £2 million by the end of March to prevent its closure.
The region’s only charity offering lifelong support for people with sight loss has launched an urgent appeal to save its services.
Tilly Dowler from Castle Donington, who uses the service and helps them fundraise, said the charity's difficulties were "heartbreaking". She told BBC Leicester’s Ben Jackson how this latest news came completely out of the blue.
