Thurcaston Road near the Redhill Roundabout sees a large amount of illegal fly-tipping on a regular basis. During 2024/25 local authorities in England dealt with 1.26 million incidents of fly-tipping - an increase of 9% on the previous year. BBC Leicester’s Helen McCarthy met up with Mark and Julie Burley from the North West Leicestershire Litter Wombles to find out the extent of the problem.
