New Edgar Street boss: Hereford's Aussie saviour?
Aaron Downes says he's ready to tackle the club's 'baptism of fire' head-on, beating the fixture backlog and their relegation scrap.
He tells Malcolm Boyden how he believes in the squad at Edgar Street, asking them to trust him ahead of the side's first fixtures with him at the helm.
Downes says that, having come across the Bulls many times as a player, he's looking forward to earning support from the Meadow End faithful, as he takes the club forward one game at a time.
The Australian was born in Queensland, grew up in Mudgee, New South Wales. He replaces Paul Caddis.
