Rachel Reeves answers questions on the Northern Powerhouse Rail.
Plans have been confirmed for a new rail link between Liverpool, Manchester and Leeds.
The scheme is known as Northern Powerhouse Rail, but there are still unanswered questions over the exact route, and the funding for an underground station at Piccadilly.
BBC Radio Manchester's Richard Stead asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Rachel Reeves, for more information.
