Suki Pantal: No Worries, Just Chicken Curries

The Malvern writer has gone from home cook to a second recipe book - already picking up five star reviews galore - in just 18 months.

Suki Pantal moved to the rolling hills of Worcestershire from Delhi. In the decade and a half since, she's been endorsed by Jamie Oliver on TV, she has picked up international publishing deals and appears at food shows galore.

She reflects on creating her latest cookbook, another love letter to her South Asian culinary roots, with over 70 chicken recipes (alongside 30 vegetarian) in No Worries, Just Chicken Curries.
