Rae Smith, Theatre Designer

Rae Smith is a Tony and Olivier award winning theatre designer. She studied at the Central School of Art and Design. Over the 25 years has designed sets and costumes for theatre, opera and dance productions.

Rae received Olivier nominations for The Light Princess, Uncle Vanya and Rosmersholm. She’s best known for her work on the set of 2007’s War Horse, for which she won both Olivier and Tony awards.
