Mother of Harry Dunn receives MBE

Charlotte Charles, whose son Harry Dunn died after being hit by US diplomat Anne Sacoolas when she was driving on the wrong side of the road, has received an MBE for her services to road safety. Annabel Amos spoke to Charlotte.
