'It's slowly helping me become a better person'

One organisation in Cornwall which has received a grant from Children in Need is Konnect Communities. It’s a Community Interest Company, based in Redruth which provides mentoring support for young people aged 14 and above who are caught up in the criminal justice system. This is one young woman's story.
