The Manningham Mills Strike (2003)
The STRIKE, light and sound show projected onto Bradford’s Manningham Mills marked the 1890 walk out by workers at the silk mill over poor pay conditions. Most of the strikers were women and although forced back to work within weeks the fall out led to the establishment of the Bradford Labour Union.
