Dementia friendly services 'show power of music'
People living with dementia are being given the opportunity to take part in a special carol service in Leicester.
The services are tailored for the needs of people living with dementia and other conditions and are designed to bring the magic of Christmas to those going through a tough time.
The service in Leicester is taking place on Tuesday 17th December at Leicester Cathedral and is open to anyone who wants to come along. There are also services taking place in Loughborough on 16th and Market Harborough on 19th December.
Kyle Newman from Leicester Musical Memory Box told BBC Leicester's Summaya Mughal how making music has huge benefits for those taking part.
