PM unveils 'plan for change'

Prime Minister Keir Starmer makes a major speech in Buckinghamshire on what he's called a "plan for change" for Britain.

The PM announced six "milestones" he hopes to reach, including building 1.5 million homes, fixing the NHS and delivering clean power by 2030.

Earlier, Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp told BBC Breakfast the policing plans are a "desperate attempted relaunch".
