Syston Knitting Banxy's D-Day masterpiece
This week marks the eightieth anniversary of one of the key dates of the Second World War, D-Day.
On 6th June 1944 over 150 thousand UK and Allied troops landed on the coast of northern France.
In Leicestershire the anniversary has inspired another wonderful creation from the Syston Knitting Banxy.
Fiona Henry is from the Syston Town News, and is SKB's spokesperson.
