How to get help for loneliness
Loneliness is something 26 million people in the UK suffer with. It has just been deemed a 'global public health concern' by the World Health Organization, who say it's as bad as smoking 15 cigarettes a day and even worse than obesity.
Dr. Punam Krishan is here to explain what it means, the different types of loneliness, and what you can do to get help ahead of the festive period.
