Walk and talk for mental health in Bridgnorth

Brothers in law Wilf Grainger and Ben Oliver have set up a support group for men, called the Shropshire Roots Brotherhood. As part of the project, Ben and Will are arranging bush craft sessions, walks in the Shropshire hills and monthly gatherings at a yoga studio in Bridgnorth.
Mr Oliver told the BBC's Kate Baldock, "It's so hard because men are scared to open up a lot. I think men are afraid."
