Oaxaca

Eva travels to southern Mexico to experience the magic of Oaxaca, the home of chocolate and the birthplace of Mexico’s most ubiquitous ingredient - corn. She eats the famed quesillo cheese, prepared by celebrity chef Celia Florian. The chef’s rendition is served with another Oaxacan delicacy - crickets.
